Thru Hike

We do a lot of backpacking and day hikes in the Blue Ridge mountains. But when the cold days of January befell us, John created this hiking-inspired scent with the hope of more favorable trail days. Pine trees, a dash of sage, and a hint of campfire, Thru Hike is for the backpacker in all of us. Essential oils infused are cedarwood, pine, sage, and orange oils.

CAN I USE THIS MODERN FORESTRY CREATION AS A “LOTION CANDLE”?

Yes, you can! 

HOW LONG WILL MY CANDLE BURN?

We list minimum burn times for our soy candles. Burn time can be affected by several different factors like wind draft, length of wick, and size of container. Soy wax is known to get 6-7 hours of burn time for every 1oz of wax. Our 4oz candle burns a minimum of 20 hrs, 8oz is 40 hrs, and 16oz is 80 hrs.
