Here are some commonly asked questions...

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing the order. After that we are pouring and packaging your order so that it's all ready for an on-time delivery. If you need to cancel after 12 hours, there is a restocking fee (10% of your order).

I FORGOT TO PICK UP MY LOCAL ORDER. HOW CAN I GET IT? Please call our studio at (864)735-7812 to arrange a pickup time or to pay for shipping.
